Experience Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management or coordination roles, with a focus on community-based initiatives and human resources functions.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, preferably within BIPOC communities.
Strong track record of effectively managing training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and community needs.
Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement, particularly in the context of mental health or social services.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, as well as human resources principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative relationships.
Willingness to repair harm caused by the individual regardless of intention, personally values restorative practices in fostering accountability individually and in community.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Preferred Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public health, psychology, human resources, project management) preferred.
