This event is more than a ribbon-cutting. It’s a chance to witness how Milwaukee County is reimagining human services—centered on dignity, equity, and accessibility. The new Coggs Center is a hub of hope where residents can access the care and support they deserve—all in one welcoming space.

The ground floor of this new building will also serve as a new home for NourishMKE—Milwaukee’s largest network of community food centers. Help us celebrate this new era for both NourishMKE and Milwaukee County DHHS with a community food drive to stock these new shelves with much-needed items like cereal, cooking oil, canned meats and fruit, flour, spices, and condiments. Items can be donated on-site during the June 13 event.
