Wisconsin DHS Vault Free Testing Program.

Wisconsin and Vault Medical Services have teamed up to offer at-home COVID-19 testing with a medical professional virtually watching the sample collection over Zoom. These tests are free for any person who believes they need to be tested, with or without symptoms, at no cost. 

The State of Wisconsin is proud to offer fast and accurate COVID-19 saliva testing, at no cost, to any person who feels they need to be tested.

• Order your saliva collection kit from Vault. The test kit will arrive at your home via expedited shipping. 

• Log on for a virtual visit with a Vault collection supervisor.

• Bring your pre-paid package to a UPS drop-off site to ship your sample to the lab in MN.

• Your result should be communicated back to you 24 to 48 hours after your sample arrives at the lab.
